Brad is an Industrial Psychology Ph.D. with 20 years of experience in the Talent Assessment space. As Senior Vice President, Talent Assessment, Brad partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and IT to ensure that PSI’s Talent Assessment clients benefit from market leading assessment processes that drive meaningful and measurable results. Brad’s goal with every talent assessment client is to provide exceptionally accurate, defensible, easy-to-use, and engaging assessment processes that enhance quality of hire, mitigate risk, reduce administrative burden, and captivate candidates through a dynamic and interactive brand positive experience. Brad joined PSI in 2011, where he led the firm’s growth in the Federal market. A pragmatic and results oriented leader, Brad recently led the fastest growing and most profitable line of business for a large global consulting firm, where he tripled the firm’s Talent Assessment revenue in just five years. He has led talent assessment initiatives across virtually all industries, designing selection, promotional, leadership, and performance management processes for more than 400 clients worldwide. In addition to training consultants on six continents, he has designed new leading edge assessment offerings (tests, interviews, simulations, job analysis methodologies) that are leveraged by more than 200 organizations and have been translated into eight languages. A noted speaker, Brad recently addressed the American Bar Association on Optimizing Quality of Hire and Mitigating Risk in Employment Decisions through the Use of Assessment.

Brad holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Florida International University. He has an M.A. in Applied Psychology from the University of Tulsa, and he holds a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
